OUR CREDIT REPAIR SERVICES |
*How do you restore bad credit? According to Federal Law, the credit reporting agencies may ignore your dispute for numerous reasons. In our experience, a large number of dispute letters sent directly from consumers are rejected for one reason or another.
Once we've received your credit reports and information, we will draft letters to dispute negative items on your behalf. These letters are designed to communicate your dispute in such a way that credit bureaus will accept the dispute and conduct and investigation.
A disputed credit listing must be accurate and verifiable for it to remain on your credit report. If an item is only somewhat accurate, the credit reporting agency may simply change the item to reflect the accurate information. Very often though, disputed items cannot be verified. The original creditor no longer possesses the information or does not wish to go through the process of verifying it. Additionally, the reinvestigation must be completed within 30 days or the listing must be removed. Each time an investigation is initiated, the odds of receiving a particular deletion increases. Hence, properly disputed credit items are removed with a high success rate.
Once the investigation is complete, a new copy of your credit report is sent directly to you including any deletions or improvements.

The credit bureaus have up to 60 days to respond. So, after 30 days you should begin paying attention to your mail for ANYTHING that has a return address from Equifax, Experian or TransUnion. Even if it looks like junk mail, forward it to us after making a copy for yourself. Even if you receive a credit report with no improvements, forward it to us so we can take appropriate actions. Simply put, FORWARD EVERYTHING!
*How long will it take to improve my credit? While we cannot guarantee or promise results within a certain timeframe, many clients have seen remarkable results within the first 60 days. This of course is dependant on your level of participation (sending credit reports in a timely manner, paying your invoices off promptly), the particulars of your case and level of cooperation from the credit reporting agencies.
